Using your noodle, I mean eggs
A couple of weeks ago, I read on 50’s Housewife, about a recipe in her menu with eggs as the main ingredient.
The dish is an egg casserole. I haven’t made it yet, but it’s on my list of new recipes to try. Looks and sounds wonderful.
You just may want to give it a try!

Our hen hasn’t started laying eggs yet, but I can’t wait until she does. We should start getting fresh eggs around the end of April. She’s a bantam, so our egg supply will be limited, but it’s a start.
